We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Infrastructure Manager to lead daily IT infrastructure operations and end-user technology support across headquarters, manufacturing sites, and overseas offices. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of the organization's infrastructure environment, Microsoft 365 services, and workplace technology operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Privacy Compliance & Advisory

• Provide privacy feasibility assessments and compliance consulting for business projects
• Lead Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and track remediation actions to closure

2. Policy & Documentation

3. Incident Management & Training

• Assist in delivering privacy compliance training to business teams to raise awareness

4. Regulatory Monitoring & Reporting

• Track regulatory developments in personal information protection, data security, cybersecurity, and AI‑related laws
• Prepare legal analysis and reports for committee meetings to keep senior management informed of evolving obligations and risks
• Act as the contact point for data subjects regarding the exercise of their rights

5. Cross‑functional Coordination

• Serve as the privacy liaison with functional teams across Greater China, including IT, Marketing, HR, Retail, Digital, and CRM
• Support the DPO in legal research on specific data‑related issues and provide actionable recommendations

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Law (preferred)
• CIPP/CN, CIPP/E, or CIPM certifications are a strong plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience specializing in data protection and privacy, either from:
• A law firm with a strong data/privacy practice; or
• An in‑house legal/compliance function at a multinational company (luxury, retail, or consumer goods experience is a plus)
• Solid experience in DPIA, cross‑border data transfers, data breach management, and policy drafting
• Familiarity with CRM systems, IT data flows, and AI applications is a distinct advantage

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Digital Product Manager to drive the planning, delivery, and adoption of digital and CRM-related business initiatives. The Role

This is a #2 legal position, reporting directly to the Head of Legal. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of legal matters across China and international markets, with a strong emphasis on dispute resolution, commercial contracts, and cross‑border compliance.

This is not a pure back‑office legal role. You will work closely with business teams, external counsel, and overseas subsidiaries, and will be expected to operate with a high degree of independence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Litigation & Dispute Resolution
• Handle litigation, arbitration, and pre‑dispute negotiations across various jurisdictions, with a focus on commercial contract disputes, supply chain conflicts, employment matters, and intellectual property claims.
• Manage external counsel and develop case strategies to protect the company's interests.
2. Commercial Contracts & Supply Chain Support
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including procurement, supply, OEM, distribution, licensing, and service contracts.
• Support cross‑border transactions and international project execution.
3. Compliance & Risk Management
• Advise on export controls, sanctions, anti‑corruption, and data privacy matters in key markets including China, Europe, and the US.

What We Look For

• Law firm experience is a must - 5+ years of post‑qualification experience at a reputable PRC or international law firm, with a strong focus on litigation and/or commercial dispute resolution.
• In‑house experience is a plus - candidates with prior in‑house experience in manufacturing, industrial, or energy sectors will be viewed favorably.
• Litigation capability - proven experience handling court hearings, arbitrations, and complex disputes independently.

Systems

• Support AI/systems strategy for finance function efficiency

Requirements

Must-have

• Fluent English (required for US GAAP reporting and communication with global stakeholders)
• Strong technical US GAAP knowledge
• Experience with listed/public company financial statements and disclosures
• SOX / internal controls / internal audit compliance experience
• In-house finance experience (not purely audit-firm background)
• People management experience - able to lead and develop a small team
• Good interpersonal skills; collaborative, coachable, willing to learn

Preferred

• Technology / SaaS industry background, ideally at a listed company
• Big 4 background is a plus
• Experience with multi-country/cross-border finance operations (China, Philippines, or broader APAC)
